Fiskekakebuda will open in a small booth at Geirangervegen 10 (entrance from the pedestrian street in the centre of Geiranger). Here, you can buy hot fish cakes every day during the summer season – either just as they are wrapped in paper, with the exciting new naanta bread or with mashed potatoes as a side dish. Fiskekakebuda is run by the team behind emob, renting out environmentally friendly electric cars to visitors in the Geiranger area.
